Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to Return

Any return must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # to pick up delivery from your address. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Refund methods

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days of receipt of the returned package.
  • For bank transfer or Cheque payments, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

    Bank Code: 
    Branch Code: 
    Email Address: 

    Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days for DS Box to post the refund to your bank after we receive this information.

Incorrect or damaged items
